Refer: Submit your referral through our quick online portal, RefeRec.

Track: Keep an eye on your referral’s progress through the hiring process.

Earn: Receive a reward for every referral successfully placed by Curamoir.

The Curamoir Referral Program is open to:

Current on-hired and casual employees engaged through Curamoir
External individuals not employed by Curamoir who wish to refer suitable candidates

Curamoir internal employees are not eligible to participate.

Referral rewards vary depending on the program running at the time.

Specific details will be:

Rewards are typically issued as eGift vouchers once the referred candidate has been successfully placed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Permanent placements: Paid 12 weeks after the referred candidate starts employment
Temporary or contract placements: Paid once the referred candidate completes 250 hours of work through Curamoir

Rewards are issued via eGift voucher or bank transfer (subject to tax requirements).

To qualify for a referral reward:

The referred candidate must not have been in contact with Curamoir in the past six months
The referred candidate must be placed within 12 months of referral
Only the first person to refer a candidate will be eligible
Self-referrals are not eligible

Curamoir reserves the right to review or decline referrals that do not meet eligibility criteria.
