Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment values the support of those who help us connect with talented healthcare professionals. These Terms and Conditions outline how our Referral Program works and the criteria for earning a referral reward.

2. Eligibility

The referral program is open to:

• Current casual or on-hired employees engaged through Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment
• External individuals who wish to refer suitable candidates

Internal Curamoir employees are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Refer

Referrals can be submitted:

• Through Curamoir’s official RefeRec portal, or
• Directly to a Curamoir consultant by email

A valid referral must introduce Curamoir to a candidate who has not been in contact with Curamoir within the past six (6) months.

4. Referral Reward

• Referral rewards vary depending on current promotions.
• The applicable reward will be stated in writing by a Curamoir representative or displayed on the ReferRec portal.
• Rewards are issued as an eGift voucher or, in some cases, a bank transfer, subject to applicable tax obligations.

5. Payment Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Permanent placements: Reward is payable 12 weeks after the referred candidate commences employment.
• Temporary or contract placements: Reward is payable after the referred candidate completes 250 hours of work through Curamoir.

6. Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for a referral reward:

• The referred candidate must be placed in a role within 12 months of the referral date.
• Only the first referral received for a candidate will be eligible.
• Self-referrals are not eligible.

Curamoir reserves the right to amend or decline a referral if eligibility requirements are not met.

7. Administration

Each referral must include:

• The referrer’s full name and contact details
• The referred candidate’s name, contact details, and confirmation that they consent to being referred

8. General Conditions

• Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment may amend, suspend, or withdraw this program at any time without prior notice.
• Rewards may be withheld if any conditions are unmet or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Participation in this program implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
