Role: As a Speech Pathologist Team Leader, you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them to achieve their professional goals and elevate their skills. You will champion clinical excellence by providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based therapy that positively impacts the lives of participants.

Additionally, you will foster growth and development within your team, helping them implement their growth plans, build confidence, and celebrate achievements.

Collaborating closely with leadership and fellow Team Leaders, you will work to improve service delivery, meet demand, and drive organizational success.

Promoting a positive team culture, you will create a connected and supportive environment where knowledge sharing and success celebrations are encouraged. 

Requirements:

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with current SPA registration
• Experience in the disability sector & NDIS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to personal and professional growth
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and fellow Team Leaders
