The Role:
As a Proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will independently manage a behaviour support caseload across South East Queensland. You’ll conduct functional behavioural assessments, develop and monitor tailored, person-centred support plans, and implement strategies to reduce behaviours of concern without restrictive practices. The role involves coaching others, contributing to internal training, collaborating with families and professionals, and complying with all NDIS and organisational requirements. You will also handle some administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

- Salary from 90-110k + super
- Permanent full-time or flexible four-day week
- Hybrid working model with flexibility around start and finish times
- External CPD and guest speaker sessions included
- Weekly or fortnightly supervision depending on registration level
- Offices based in South Brisbane and Gold Coast, with service coverage across Brisbane
The Role:

The role involves coaching others, contributing to internal training, collaborating with families and professionals, and complying with all NDIS and organisational requirements. You will also handle some administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Proficient level registration (or above) under the NDIS Capability Framework
- Degree in allied health, behavioural science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing person-centred PBS plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
