The role:
As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering both clinic-based and mobile therapy services across Sydney. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments, developing and implementing individualised therapy plans, and working closely with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support children’s communication and developmental needs. You’ll provide therapy in a variety of settings, including the clinic, homes, schools, preschools, and childcare centres, ensuring a flexible and client-centred approach to care.

In this role, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining thorough documentation, including progress notes, standardised assessments, and therapy outcome reports, to effectively track client development. Experience working with NDIS-funded clients, conducting initial and functional assessments, or preparing NDIS reports will be highly regarded. You may also contribute to the planning and facilitation of our popular school holiday group programs, providing a fun and collaborative environment to support children’s communication skills alongside your colleagues.

Beyond direct client care, you’ll have access to professional development opportunities, including mentoring, supervision, and involvement in business development initiatives. Regular in-house professional development sessions, team caseload meetings, and collaborative learning experiences will support your continued growth. If you’re a passionate Speech Pathologist who thrives in a flexible, team-oriented environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
