The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of a specialist SIL manager overseeing two Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Western Sydney. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring high-quality care, and achieving financial sustainability across the SIL division.
Your key focus will be building strategic partnerships across the mental health, allied health, hospital, and guardianship sectors, while identifying cost-effective housing solutions in collaboration with SDA providers and real estate partners.
Operationally, you’ll lead financial forecasting, compliance audits, and staff performance initiatives. You'll be a hands-on leader, supporting team leads and support workers, ensuring participant goals are achieved, and fostering a trauma-informed, empowering workplace culture.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in disability services, SIL or community operations
  • Proven financial management skills – budgeting, forecasting, and NDIS plan utilisation
  • Demonstrated success in business development and stakeholder engagement within NDIS
  • Strong understanding of SDA, SIL frameworks, and NDIS Practice Standards
  • Ability to lead internal audits and uphold compliance and quality frameworks
  • Excellent communication and CRM proficiency (e.g., rostering platforms, Microsoft Office)
  • Qualification in Disability, Health, Business or Community Services
  • Valid Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
