The Role :
Our client is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with disabilities, mental illness, injuries, and age-related needs. Their mission is to empower clients to live independently while integrating confidently into their communities.
We are seeking a highly organised Client Services Support Officer to provide vital administrative and clerical support to the Client Services team. You will be the central point of communication between clients, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Client Services team.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, service providers, and support coordinators.
  • Read, interpret, and contribute to care plans and client documentation.
  • Prepare reports, progress notes, and rosters with attention to detail.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain client records, electronic filing, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in identifying training needs for support staff.
  • Represent the organisation at expos, conferences, and marketing events.

Criteria
  • Proven experience in administration or coordination, ideally within the disability, health, or community services sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, client databases, and communication platforms.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


Required Credentials
•          Cert III or higher in Business Administration (desirable).
•          Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
•          Satisfactory police check and valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
