The Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care within the residence, ensuring that systems, staff performance, and resident outcomes reflect the highest standard of care. You will lead and mentor nursing and care teams, providing direction and support in line with clinical best practice. The role involves undertaking clinical reviews, ensuring compliance with aged care standards, analysing data trends, managing clinical audits, and acting as a key point of escalation for residents, families, and staff. You will also be responsible for supporting education priorities, identifying skill gaps, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This position plays a central role in clinical governance and acts as a critical link between internal teams and external health professionals.

The Role

Requirements
- At least 2 years of an Aged Care management position with relative experience on funding models, legislation, staff training and strong knowledge of accreditation processes
- Experience running a large facility (desirable)
- AHPRA Registration
- National Police Check within 12 months (or willing to obtain if expired)
- Great communication skills
