The Role:
The People and Culture position plays a pivotal role in nurturing our clients' culture and boosting employee engagement across the company. Its main aim is to ensure that they have the necessary resources and programs in place to empower their staff to uphold their clients' vision and values on a daily basis. Additionally, this role involves providing strategic advice on HR and industrial relations, refining business practices, leading engagement projects, and fostering communication platforms that promote a positive culture benefiting both clients and staff in living fulfilling lives.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum requirement of Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant qualifications (the relevance will be at the discretion of management).
- Relevant experience in HR roles with at least 3 years’ experience in a service delivery industry
- Experience in managing industrial matters and Fair work claims
- Experience in interpreting and working with Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards, experience with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Award 2010
- Relevant experience in supporting change management and IR strategies
- Experience monitoring systems and supporting organisational compliance with controls
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including evidence of clear and concise writing for a variety of audiences
- Experience in communication and marketing and the production of content
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- An ability to maintain accurate, professionally
