Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team providing specialised care to clients following workplace or motor vehicle accidents. This dual-role opportunity offers a mix of clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention.
As part of a dynamic allied health team, you’ll conduct in-depth psychological assessments and deliver short-term, evidence-based treatment to support recovery and restore function. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical planning and service delivery while ensuring high standards of care across all client interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert assessment and evidence-based psychological treatment for complex presentations, including trauma and occupational injuries
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimise treatment plans and client outcomes
- Delivering clear, timely psychological reports and documentation via Salesforce Health Cloud
- Participating in peer supervision, internal training, and team development activities
- Supporting referrers and stakeholders with clinical feedback and case updates
Requirements
- AHPRA Registration (Registered or Clinical)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Membership with the Australian Psychological Society
- SIRA NSW registration or eligibility
- Experience in psychological injury related to workers compensation or CTP
- EMDR or CBT training (or willingness to undertake Master Class Training)
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care models and multidisciplinary settings
