The Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Lead – Clinical Services to oversee the day-to-day management of its in-home and clinical care services across Norwest and surrounding regions.

As the second-in-command to the Operations Director, the Operations Lead will provide leadership, coordination, and operational oversight across a multidisciplinary team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and staff development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the daily operations of clinical service delivery, including rostering, incident response, and client engagement
  • Supporting team leaders and front-line staff to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care
  • Contributing to the development and execution of operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant clinical standards, legislative frameworks, and internal governance processes
  • Promoting a positive, high-performing culture that aligns with the organisation's mission and values


Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operations or clinical services leadership role
  • Strong understanding of compliance and quality frameworks within NDIS, Aged Care, or community healthcare settings
  • Proven experience in staff coordination, service planning, and performance oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational demands
