Role: As an Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead, you will be at the forefront of providing NDIS capacity building services and return-to-work programs for individuals with injury, illness, or disability.

Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders, including support workers and healthcare professionals, to deliver personalized therapy and support.

You will have the opportunity to mentor internal staff, work with clients and their guardians to assess needs and implement recommendations, and contribute to maximizing the quality of life for clients.

As you progress in the role, there will be opportunities to grow the team and take on supervisory responsibilities, further enhancing your leadership skills and impact within the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
• Experience working with in NDIS 
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations
• Desire to progress and build a team 
• Valid Working with Children Check
