Provide Counselling services and case management to the community in Halls Creek, in the beautiful Kimberley region of WA.
On Offer
- $92-110k + super + salary packaging
- 12 month contract
- Relocation reimbursement up to $4k
- Subsidised accommodation - single unit/house, suitable for a family
- 5 weeks annual leave (6 for management level roles)

As a Counsellor you will
- Deliver culturally responsive counselling in the clinic and community
- Support people experiencing trauma, grief, family violence, and substance abuse.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans and provide ongoing case management
- Build strong networks with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Social Work, or related discipline.
- Current registration - eg ACA, AASW, AHPRA
- Understanding of Aboriginal cultures, values, and protocols with experience in culturally responsive care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel to remote communities and engage in community outreach.
