The Role:

The Care Services Manager provides strategic direction and operational oversight for a range of aged care programs, including Support at Home, CHSP, TCP, and other short-term restorative services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consumer-directed care that complies with legislative and regulatory standards. It involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and performance metrics, and spearheading digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Strong collaboration with clients, regulators, and sector partners is essential to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in complex community care or health settings
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, Quality Standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with home and community care programs
  • High-level digital and reporting skills
  • Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (desirable)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in aged care, health leadership, or management (desirable)
