The Role:
In this role, you’ll support young people aged 8-14 and their families facing alcohol and drug challenges. You’ll conduct assessments, provide individual and group counselling, and manage cases with a harm reduction focus. Outreach to communities across the Pilbara is required, delivering culturally appropriate, trauma-informed care. Collaboration with teams and external partners is key, alongside maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Counselling
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in youth AOD or mental health support
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance
