The Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment adventure began with a simple conviction:
To make a difference to the people who make a difference.
In early 2021, our founder Donnchadh Lawlor launched Curamoir with just a laptop, a phone and a clear vision. It was time to create healthcare recruitment agency defined by empathy and transparency, not empty promises.
Drawing from his frontline experience in social work and mental health, Donnchadh set out to support healthcare employers and professionals during one of the most challenging times for healthcare in history. At that time, the healthcare system was under immense pressure. Hospitals, primary care and community services in Australia were all struggling to find enough staff. Frontline professionals were stretched thin. Organisations had to adapt quickly to keep delivering care. Curamoir stepped in to support both sides, helping employers hire the talent they urgently needed, and connecting healthcare professionals with job opportunities.
Today, we’re a fast-growing team placing professionals in Allied Health, Community Services & Nursing roles across Australia. With bases in Sydney and Perth, we cover every capital city along with regional, rural and remote areas. Our nationwide reach enables us to make placements for a diverse range of needs, from metropolitan to remote area nursing recruitment to Aged Care recruitment.
