The role
You will lead, supervise, and coordinate the Functional Recovery Program, facilitating group programs and overseeing peer and family support initiatives. Collaborating closely with allied health, medical staff, and peer workers, you ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care while fostering a positive, optimistic team culture. Your leadership will support clinical engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement aligned with the Australian Early Psychosis model. You will also represent headspace in community forums and strengthen partnerships to expand service accessibility.
- Approved tertiary qualifications in allied health with AHPRA membership or AASW standards adherence
- Advanced clinical mental health skills, including experience with psychosis and adolescent populations
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating program delivery
- Commitment to culturally inclusive practices, particularly supporting Aboriginal young people and families
- Current NT Working with Children Clearance, National Police Check, NT Driver’s Licence, and relevant vaccinations
