The Role:

This Team Leader – Positive Behaviour Support position offers the opportunity to step into leadership in a supportive and flexible environment. You will supervise and mentor a team of PBS practitioners, guiding their development and ensuring the delivery of best-practice, person-centred support across Brisbane and surrounding regions.
As part of our leadership group, you will work closely with Senior Team Leaders, Practice Leads, and our PBS Management team. This is a hybrid position, balancing community visits, working from home, and one day each week in our Brisbane office. You will have the freedom to shape your leadership style and focus on building team culture without KPI pressures.

Essential Criteria:
  • Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – Proficient or Advanced
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Teaching, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or related field
  • Experience in supervision, mentoring, or strong interest in developing leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support across the lifespan
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
