Your duties involve:
- Providing complex manual handling
- Supporting complex health needs such as PEG feeding and personal care
- Providing a person centred approach to support achievement of client aspirations
Criteria
- Appropriate certificate level qualification in Community Services - Disability OR equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry
- Experience with complex manual handling desirable but NOT essential
- Experience with complex health needs, specialist skills such as PEG feeding desirable but NOT essential
- Fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted
- Ability to drive vehicles in license class, including large cars and vans
