Support Workers - relocate to the Pilbara 

On offer:
  • $34.58 per hour + super 
  • Allowance paid if you have First Aid certificate
  • Working hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
  • Shared accommodation with utilities provided  - two positions available so might suit a couple or two friends. 
  • Up to $5,000 relocation assistance (reimbursable with receipts)

The role:

As a Support Worker, you will assist clients in achieving their individual goals through person-centred activities that enhance independence and social participation. You will support clients with daily living skills, help maintain their relationships, and encourage engagement in valued community roles. Your role includes providing transport to appointments and outings, ensuring clients’ privacy, autonomy, and wellbeing are always respected.

You will work under general supervision following clearly defined guidelines, delivering high-quality care tailored to each client’s care plan. Accurate documentation and collaboration with colleagues are essential components, alongside a commitment to upholding values of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications in aged care or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in a similar support role
  • Sensitivity when engaging with clients, families, and community groups
  • Current ‘C’ Class WA Driver’s Licence with PTD endorsement
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to perform transportation duties
  • Current police check (no older than six months)
  • Right to work in Australia required - no sponsorship is available
