On Offer:

  • $110,000–$130,000 plus superannuation
  • 20 days annual leave plus two additional days off for Melbourne Cup and Kings Birthday
  • $1,000 professional development allowance and two paid PD days annually
  • Weekly travel allowance of $150 (pro rata)

The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality service provision across various sectors including NDIS, Medicare, TAC, and private clients. Your primary focus will be supporting and mentoring clinicians in managing their caseloads effectively, developing resources, and maintaining service excellence. You will also play a key part in streamlining workflows and driving continuous improvement within the team.

In addition to clinical leadership, you’ll foster a collaborative team environment, encourage professional growth, and contribute to strategic planning for service development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence service outcomes positively while developing your leadership expertise in a supportive setting.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Speech Pathology or relevant degree
  • Minimum of 4 years’ clinical experience
  • AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Current Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, and Driver’s license
  • Leadership experience is desirable but not essential
