Provide specialised swallowing and dysphagia care for adults in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values your professional growth.


On Offer:

  • Salary up to $110,000 + super
  • PD allowance of $1,000 plus substantial internal training investment
  • Full admin and scheduling support - focus on clinical work only
  • Adult swallowing and dysphagia focused caseload
  • Mainly community work with no set KPI's & a supportive team


The Role

You will deliver specialised swallowing and dysphagia assessments and therapy for adult clients in both community and clinic settings. This includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualised treatment plans, and providing ongoing intervention and reporting. Working closely with a multidisciplinary allied health team, you will also provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering swallowing and dysphagia assessments and therapy for adults
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • Current clearances or willingness to obtain
