The role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver tailored assessment, therapy, and intervention services to NDIS participants and private clients. You will develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans, maintaining accurate documentation aligned with industry standards. Your proactive approach will help identify emerging needs early, allowing you to deliver timely support across community, home, and centre-based settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with Behaviour Support Practitioners and Occupational Therapists, supporting shared client goals and fostering a connected, community-focused culture.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current certification with Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, including paediatric and NDIS caseloads
- Driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel across community settings
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in remote community environments
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certification
