The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients from diverse funding sources including NDIS, TAC, Medicare, and private referrals. This role goes beyond traditional therapy, you will help build a culture centred on innovation, clinical excellence, and teamwork within a vibrant startup environment.

You’ll manage a flexible caseload based on your availability and preferences, supported by AI-powered systems designed to significantly reduce paperwork and scheduling hassles. Your contributions will shape how allied health services evolve, with opportunities to lead and grow alongside the organisation’s expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience
  • SPA registration
  • Valid Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN) and professional indemnity insurance (contractor only)
  • Medicare Provider Number
