The role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients of all ages with a slight leaning towards paediatrics. Your work will involve both clinic-based and community visits. You will develop personalised therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatment accordingly. Collaboration with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams will be key to enhancing client outcomes. You'll work on 5 billable hours per day in a supportive team environment. An office base in Ipswich is available so you can work alongside other therapists and be part of a MDT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology and SPA registration
- Experience with diverse and complex caseloads
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Police, Working with Children, and NDIS checks
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites
