The role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver person-centred assessments and evidence-based interventions focused on improving communication and quality of life for NDIS participants.
You will work autonomously within a supportive, national team, managing up to 6 billable sessions per day while maintaining timely and accurate documentation. Collaboration with your Team Manager and colleagues ensures efficient service delivery, while your proactive approach promotes positive client outcomes and repeat referrals.
Your work will involve building strong relationships with clients, families, and community providers, navigating the NDIS framework to provide tailored therapies that enhance client independence and participation in daily activities.
Requirements:
- Approved Speech Pathology degree
- Registration or eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Current National and Working with Children Checks
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Completion of NDIS Orientation Workers Module
