On Offer:
- Salary up to $90k + super + bonuses
- $1,000 annual PD allowance + supportive clinic lead whose door is always open
- Full time preferred; part time minimum 3 days per week considered
- 5 billables per day expected with no pressure to exceed
- Bonus scheme for hours worked over KPI, with potential to earn up to an extra $20k per year if regularly exceeding but no pressure to do so.
The Role:
Clients are mainly paediatric with some adults, including NDIS and Medicare participants. This position is primarily clinic based with some community and school visits if needed, prioritising travel within a 15-minute radius of the clinic.
You will assess client communication, social, and mealtime needs and create tailored therapy plans to boost independence and daily function, while providing ongoing support to families throughout therapy. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based speech pathology services, maintain thorough records, and communicate clearly with clients, families, and stakeholders. This role fosters a balanced, supportive environment focused on client outcomes and therapist well-being.
Located east of the CBD.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- Current driver’s license and vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
