On Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000-$120,000 plus superannuation (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time or minimum 3 days per week, with flexible hours and no weekend work including options for condensed weeks
  • Flexibility to have hybrid position based from Werribee or mobile position within your locality anywhere in Melbourne

The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will engage with clients across the lifespan, primarily pediatric, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for communication, swallowing, and feeding disorders. You will develop personalised therapy plans aligned with individual client goals and work closely with clients, families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

You’ll take pride in delivering evidence-based, client-centred therapy that enhances communication skills and overall quality of life. With shared clinical responsibility for scheduling and a robust admin support system, you can focus on what matters most: client care. Ongoing collaboration with your external supervisor ensures clinical support and professional growth within a welcoming and enriching environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Speech Pathology or relevant degree
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Hold Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check, Police Check, and Medicare Provider Number or eligibility to obtain
