On Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation

The Role:
You will deliver evidence-based speech pathology services across community and clinic settings based in Avondale Heights and surrounding areas. Your caseload will be diverse, working with clients funded through NDIS, Home Care Packages, Medicare, and private options. This role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, and implementing interventions for communication, speech, swallowing, and social skills.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll liaise with families, educators, allied health professionals, and support coordinators to ensure holistic client care. You’ll contribute to continuous service development and maintain high standards in clinical documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership or eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience with paediatric and/or adult caseloads preferred
  • Valid Working With Children Check and National Police Check
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
  • Full working rights in Australia
