The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll be integral to delivering compassionate, family-centered services that make a real difference to the lives of children and adults living with disabilities. Working across both in-person and virtual settings, you’ll assess communication needs, develop tailored service plans, and foster strong partnerships with families and colleagues alike. Your expertise will support informed decision-making, helping clients thrive in their chosen environments.

You will play a vital role in implementing individualized interventions that promote communication through play and active participation, ensuring alignment with children’s Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adults’ NDIS goals. Collaboration is key — you’ll work closely within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with external providers, families, and community services to create seamless support experiences. This role offers the chance to contribute to training initiatives and community education programs, helping to raise standards and promote awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Experience in family-centered practices and child development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
