The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist in this hybrid position, you’ll play a critical role serving NDIS participants ranging from children to adults. Your work will include comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and interventions delivered both in the clinic and within community settings, including client homes. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and support coordinators, you will help shape personalised care plans that promote inclusion, dignity, and empowerment.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, ensuring thorough clinical documentation, and contributing to case conferences and review meetings. This role demands a strong commitment to evidence-based practices and person-centred care, with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities and psychosocial needs. You will have the opportunity to influence positive outcomes while working in a flexible, supportive environment that values professionalism and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (Victoria)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
