  • Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle

The role:
In this role, you will deliver evidence based assessment and intervention to NDIS participants, with the opportunity to work within a paediatric caseload or across the lifespan depending on your clinical interests and experience. Within a paediatric caseload, you will support children and adolescents to build functional communication skills, working closely with families, educators and support networks to embed therapy into everyday environments. If working across the lifespan, you will adapt your clinical approach to support both children and adults with diverse communication and swallowing needs, ensuring therapy remains person centred, goal driven and outcomes focused. You will establish clear therapy pathways, maintain accurate and compliant documentation, and manage your caseload in line with agreed service level timeframes and professional standards.

You will build strong relationships with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and community stakeholders, contributing to accessible services and ongoing referrals. Alongside meeting internal performance expectations, you will monitor progress towards service delivery targets and proactively identify and manage risks to achieving outcomes. Participation in team meetings and ongoing professional development will support continuous improvement in practice. Through clear communication, sound clinical reasoning and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, you will play a key role in delivering high quality therapy that drives meaningful outcomes for the people you support.
