- Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 plus super

The role:
In this role, you will deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services to clients of all ages across Melbourne’s Western or Northern suburbs. You will support children, young people, and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties, developmental delays, disabilities, and complex presentations. Working within a mobile, community-based setting, you’ll design and implement evidence-based interventions that empower clients to achieve their goals. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work, as you partner with families, caregivers, educators, and other health professionals to ensure therapy is engaging, personalised, and effective.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while being backed by a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, integrity, and excellence. Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or relevant degree
