As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll support neurodivergent children, young people, and families through inclusive, evidence-based therapy. You’ll independently manage your own caseload across the lifespan, carrying out assessments, setting therapy goals, and delivering personalised interventions. You’ll prepare reports and support documentation for NDIS and other stakeholders, while also running capacity-building sessions for parents and caregivers. Collaboration will be key — you’ll regularly liaise with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent, holistic care for every client.
You’ll thrive in a multidisciplinary, neuroaffirming environment where creativity and shared learning are valued. With a manageable caseload and full admin support, you’ll focus on what you do best — making a difference. You’ll also enjoy regular supervision, PD opportunities, and the chance to work across clinic, school, and community settings. This role suits someone who is relationship-focused, adaptable, and passionate about supporting clients to live as their most authentic selves.
