Join a Compassionate Team as a Clinic-Based Speech Pathologist
Make a meaningful impact on children’s development in a supportive and well-established clinic environment. If you are an experienced, independent practitioner looking for a collaborative setting with flexibility and growth opportunities, this role is for you.

On Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000–$95,000 plus superannuation
  • $1,000 professional development allowance and additional PD days
  • Flexible working arrangements with part-time or full-time options (minimum 3 days/week)
  • Supportive administrative team handling bookings, with clinicians involved in payment processing
  • Access to dedicated consulting rooms and provision of a company laptop
  • Collaborative, warm workplace culture with regular mentoring and team discussions
  • Opportunity to manage a tailored, diverse caseload including ASD, language delays, AAC, and more
  • Weekend and condensed work week options available to suit your lifestyle

The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist based primarily in clinic, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children aged 3 to 22 years with a variety of communication needs, including autism spectrum disorder, language delays, literacy challenges, articulation, and social communication difficulties. While this is mainly a clinic-based position, occasional visits to schools may be required, with flexibility around a hybrid working model if desired.

You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload and driving positive client outcomes with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Collaboration with internal team members and external paediatricians will be key in delivering integrated, client-centred care. The environment is structured yet flexible, designed to support your professional growth and work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or relevant degree
  • SPA Registration
  • Current Working with Children Check, and Police Check
  • Provider registration for Medicare
  • Ability to work independently while embracing a team-oriented culture
