Due to internal promotion, Service Manager required to lead a 100+ bed facility in Perth.
As Service Manager you will oversee day-to-day operations of a residential aged care facility, ensuring quality care and services are consistently delivered to promote residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including carers, nurses, maintenance, hospitality, and administration staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. Your focus will include maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, managing budgets, staffing levels, and coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This role calls for calm, confident leadership under pressure and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in health sciences or related fields
- Proven leadership experience in aged care or a similar health service setting
- Strong financial and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- AHPRA registration desirable
- Valid Driver’s Licence and recent National Police Clearance
- Willingness to provide after-hours on-call support
