  • The Role:

Service Integration Manager role to lead the establishment and delivery of a new, purpose-built trauma recovery service in Wagga Wagga. This innovative program provides specialised support for veterans, first responders, and emergency personnel through evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.

In this leadership role, the Service Integration Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, peer workers, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented programs. The position combines strategic leadership with the opportunity to maintain hands-on clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and leading a trauma recovery team to deliver complex mental health programs.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture centred on quality and compassion
  • Developing and maintaining community and stakeholder partnerships to strengthen service integration.
  • Ensuring service delivery meets best-practice standards and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Contributing to ongoing program evaluation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Psychologist registration with  AHPRA .
  • Minimum 5 years experience  in the mental health sector, including trauma recovery and complex case management.
  • Demonstrated  leadership and management experience  in a clinical or community setting.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage change effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a client-centred, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused culture.
