The Role:

As a Service Coordinator for our client's NDIS business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of support services to their clients. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the coordination of services, focusing on client referrals, NDIS safeguarding, and adherence to NDIS standards. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in management and leadership within the disability sector, enabling them to lead a team of dedicated support professionals effectively.

Essential Criteria:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Coordinator or Similar positions in the NDIS or disability sector.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of NDIS safeguarding policies and standards.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS processes, documentation requirements, and funding levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions to challenges.
  • High level of empathy, compassion, and commitment to providing person-centered support.
  • Relevant qualifications in disability services or a related field. Relevant Degree is essential. 
  • You must have exceptional computer skills.
  • Full-licence, WWCC, Police Check & NDISWC all required prior to commencing employment
