The Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of person-centred disability services within the day-to-day operations of NDIS Day Programs and SILs, ensuring participants are engaged in structured, meaningful, and purposeful activities. You will lead and support a team of Disability Support Workers and Mentors, providing guidance, supervision, and performance management. The role involves coordinating rosters, managing budgets, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and within funding guidelines. You will maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and key stakeholders to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded. A key focus will be on compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement of service delivery. You will oversee incident management, reporting, and the reduction of restrictive practices. In collaboration with leadership, you will contribute to service development, growth, and operational improvements
Essential Criteria:
- Cert III or above in Disability, Community Services or equivalent experience
- Ideally two years experience working as a NDIS Team Lead or Service Coordinator
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong understanding of person-centred practice
- Experience managing rosters, budgets, and service delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage compliance, reporting, and documentation
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate
