The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations within NDIS community support services, including in-home supports, community access, and group programs. In this role, you will supervise frontline staff, support quality service delivery, and ensure practices align with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
You will maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support workers, and external providers while contributing to multidisciplinary meetings, case coordination, risk assessments, and service planning. The position also involves staff recruitment support, onboarding, internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement across service delivery.

Essential Criteria:
• Diploma in Leadership, Disability, Mental Health, Youth Work, or Community Services• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience within disability services, including NDIS service management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience liaising with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and share information across teams
• Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to foster collaborative, committed teams
• Experience working both with supervision and independently when required
• Strong knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS legislation, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, fully insured vehicle
• National Police Check (within 3 months)
