  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 + super
  • Mobile role: Greater Sydney

This role involves conducting complex assessments and developing tailored intervention plans to improve communication, speech, and swallowing outcomes. You will mentor and support junior clinicians, contribute to service improvements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best client outcomes. Your expertise will help shape innovative clinical practices while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.


Key requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA registration
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community health preferred
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Full Australian work rights, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, valid driver’s license
