The role:
In this role, you’ll deliver speech therapy services across a range of settings including clinic, home, school, and community. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload, leading complex cases, and collaborating with families to plan and deliver effective interventions. A key part of your duties will involve maintaining high clinical standards and tailoring therapy approaches to suit individual client needs.
You’ll also take on mentoring responsibilities, supporting early-career Speech Pathologists and students as they build their skills. Your role will extend to contributing to service development initiatives, training activities, and internal projects aimed at improving therapy delivery. You’ll be expected to work collaboratively with the team, problem-solve effectively, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while balancing your time across both client-facing and leadership duties.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or relevant discipline
- SPA registration
- Valid NDIS Check
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle
