The Role

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will independently manage a dynamic caseload, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services using a biopsychosocial approach. You will collaborate with stakeholders to remove barriers to return-to-work, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

You will deliver 6 billable hours per day supporting clients within the Perth Metropolitan Area, with some outreach travel.  You will also provide mentoring and training to junior consultants, fostering professional development and consistent service delivery. You will also work closely with management to nurture client relationships and uncover new business opportunities. Your focus on excellence will help maintain KPIs and uphold all relevant Service Level Agreements.


Requirements :

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Osteopathy, or Psychology (provisional or full registration)
  • Current registration or eligibility with Australian professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Clear National Police Check and valid Australian driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rehabilitation case management systems
  • Flexibility to travel for client assessments as required
  • Extensive experience (4+ years) in occupational rehabilitation with complex cases
  • Proven mentoring skills and knowledge of compensation and legislative frameworks
