If you’re a Senior Occupational Therapist who enjoys a mixed clinic/community caseload and supporting other clinicians to thrive, this is a chance to step into a role built for longevity and fit.

The Role:
You’ll deliver evidence-based, client- and family-centred OT services for children and adolescents (generally 2–18) across clinic, home, school and community settings, including telehealth where suitable.  You’ll manage a generalist paediatric caseload (autism, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, sensory regulation, behavioural concerns) funded via NDIS, Medicare and private.

You’ll complete assessments, intervention, equipment prescription, reports, progress notes and care team collaboration, while contributing to quality improvement and team development. In this position, you will also contribute to the development of the team through supervision and mentoring while working in conjunction with the Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience supervising clinicians, students and graduates
  • Working with Children Check (WWC) and National Police Check
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Medicare Provider Number
  • Driver’s licence and own car
