The Role:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital leadership role within a busy paediatric therapy service. You’ll mentor and support junior therapists, fostering their clinical skills and professional growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to children and their families.
This role involves supervising clinical cases, assisting with team coordination, and collaborating with management to enhance service delivery. Your passion for paediatrics and commitment to leadership will help shape a positive, skilled team focused on making a real difference in the lives of children.
Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy degree & AHPRA registration
- Ideally 3+ years clinical and leadership experience
- Supervision and mentoring skills
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication and organisation
