The role:
In this role, you’ll provide occupational therapy services to children across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You’ll manage your own caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions that support children’s development in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, daily living activities, and school readiness. You’ll work closely with families to create individualised plans, lead more complex cases, and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration where needed.

You’ll also begin mentoring early-career Occupational Therapists and students, supporting their clinical growth and confidence. Part of your responsibilities will include contributing to service innovation, participating in training and internal development projects, and helping shape clinical resources and processes. You’ll balance direct therapy with leadership responsibilities, while maintaining detailed documentation and working collaboratively within a values-driven team environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
  • AHPRA registration
  • Valid NDIS Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle
