The Senior Manager – Clinical Services works collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders to enhance participation and independence through high-quality, person-centred clinical services. The role provides clinical leadership and supervision to the clinical team, ensuring excellence in practice, coordination of services, and compliance with legislative and NDIS Quality & Safeguards requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering complex, person-centred behaviour support services for people with disability.

Developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing evidence-informed behaviour support plans.

Leading and supervising Behaviour Support Practitioners and clinical staff.
-
Coordinating clinical services within an interdisciplinary framework.

Engaging clients, families, and carers in collaborative planning and decision-making.
-
Ensuring services are delivered within a positive behaviour support framework and meet service standards and KPIs.

Promoting a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development.

Supporting service development, quality improvement, and business sustainability initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements, and safeguarding obligations.
Essential
-
Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering complex behaviour support services to people with disability.

Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and reviewing complex behaviour support plans under NDIS and Quality & Safeguards Commission frameworks.

Strong knowledge of restrictive practices, including reporting requirements and a commitment to reduction and elimination practices.

Proven experience providing clinical supervision and leadership.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated clinical problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making ability.

Competence using digital systems and data platforms.
-
Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and NSW Driver’s Licence.
Desirable

Experience in service development or business development within disability services.
-
Familiarity with accreditation, quality, and compliance frameworks relevant to disability and NDIS services.
