The role:
As a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support to clients within the NDIS framework. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans, and work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes and autonomy. This role requires you to deliver high-quality services efficiently while meeting weekly billable hour expectations and maintaining clear, accurate documentation.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements in client care and service delivery while collaborating across teams and communities. Your expertise will directly influence the wellbeing and independence of people with disabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant allied health discipline
- Signed off at Core level or above
- Current PRODA registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Driver’s licence and access to a registered vehicle
