Your role involves liaising with families and support networks, providing education and training, and ensuring services are in line with best practice, NDIS guidelines, and relevant legislation. You’ll also evaluate the effectiveness of plans using data-driven approaches and make adjustments where needed.
In this role, you will also take on responsibilities beyond direct client work, including mentoring and coaching other practitioners, contributing to service improvement activities, and maintaining strong professional accountability. You’ll manage your own caseload and schedule, keep clear records, and engage in ongoing professional development and supervision. With your advanced clinical skills and leadership capability, you’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring a high standard of person-centred, ethical, and effective behaviour support practice.
