The Role:
As a Contract Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents, working closely under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Manager. Your role encompasses clinical assessment, care planning, coordination, and evaluation of treatments tailored to meet the individual needs of residents. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and responsive care, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory standards.

You will act as an essential team member, supporting and mentoring care staff, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and adapting to evolving care requirements. Your dedication will help maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment that enhances the wellbeing of residents every day.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science – Registered Nurse or equivalent (Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board accredited)
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Clinical knowledge in aged care and emergency management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to mentor care staff and work with minimal supervision
